How do I order cards without print?
If you do not want a customized print on the card, just click on the "add to cart" button on any of our product pages. You will be guided through the ordering process and have the opportunity to pay by bank transfer, paypal or credit card.
How do I order wedding invites and birth announcements?
We take orders from 15 cards. You can choose from 30 different fonts and colors. After you have chosen the photo for your invite, you click on the button "Print text on card". You will be taken to our custom order form, in which you can enter all details of your invite.
Upon completion of your order, you will immediately receive a full quote of your order. After 1-3 business days, we will send you a sample invites as PDF, for your review. Once you are 100% satisfied with your design, we send you a sample by mail. We only send you the full set of cards, after you have provided sign-off on your sample
How long does it take to print my order?
Once you have provided sign-off on your order, we need 2-3 days to print the cards and pictures.
How much shipping do I have to pay?
Your order over EUR 20 will be free of charge. For orders under EUR 20, see our Shipping Fees
What about the pictures?
You will receive photo lab quality pictures that are inserted into two slides in the card.
What paper quality will I receive?
We are offering matte and glossy paper of 300gr/m2. Both are light ivory in color and allow for high quality text printing. The cards are 19.8 x 10.5 cm. in size. We also offer small cards of 10.5 x 10.5 cm. We are also offering two types of envelopes, one with a horizontal lined structure and one without.
Can I re-order my cards?
Yes, but we prefer a minimum re-order quantity of 5 cards
What do I pay for a sample?
You will receive your printed sample free of charge, after you have completed your full order and have signed-off on the PDF version of your invite
What do I pay for envelopes?
All envelopes are provided free of charge with our cards
What do I pay for printing?
-Text on the inside: EUR 0,75/card
-Text on the outside: EUR 0,75/card
-Text on sides: EUR 1,20/card
-Text on the picture: EUR 14,50/order
Do I get volume discount for large orders?
-From 50 cards: 10% discount on the total order value
-From 75 cards: 15% discount on the total order value
-From 100 cards: 20% discount on the total order value
Can I get my own text on the pictures
Yes, for example, you can have your wedding date and name on the picture. We charge a fee of EUR 14,50 for the editing of the picture to include your customer text
AOKIKI?
AOKIKI is the conjugation of the Hawaian words "light" ("ao") and photography ("kiki"). With our photography we would like to inspire you to have a closer look at your surroundings.
Can I call you?
We do not have regular office hours, and as such we might be hard to reach. Therefore we are most easy to reach by email. In urgent orders, we can send you our telephone number over email.
Can I visit your store?
We do not have a physical store. For urgent orders, you can pick up the samples and prints at our address. However, we have not visiting area for our customers. In addition, you can order a sample package
